Tesla Model X: Hardly an SUV
The Tesla Model X is the ultimate car eagerly awaited by all automobile aficionados. In the meantime, the first test reviews are trickling in and they are predominantly positive. Indeed! Tesla’s electric SUV sprints from 0-60 mph in less than 3.4 seconds (!) – that is, if you take the fat-ass P90D Ludicrous. You better believe us; you will want that one! And that with a CO2 emission of 0.0 grams… Extra-terrestrial statistics, that are nevertheless completely realistic, due to the simple fact that the Model X is in production and therefore available. The floor of Tesla’s latest progeny hides the 7,100 Panasonic batteries that ensure that you have a (theoretical) range of over 450 kilometres with this mastodon of 2,468 kilograms. Five seats are standard, but you can have seven as well. The latter option excludes measureless oceans of space for back-row passengers, not to mention the luggage compartment. Because Tesla likes to be rebellious and more than just different, the Model X is equipped with enormous wing doors. They look impressive, but time will tell whether they are truly functional. In short, Tesla is ready to rock the automotive industry again with an admirable feat. We will see what happens.
